Pre-order terms
Last updated 7 July 2026These terms govern presale licenses for PPF Engine, sold by Andify OÜ (“we”, “us”). They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms.
1. What a pre-order is
A presale license is a payment made now for a 12-month access term to PPF Engine at 50% off the regular annual price, beginning when we deliver the software (estimated Q4 2026). It is a purchase of a future deliverable, not a donation or a crowdfunding pledge.
The presale term does not auto-renew. Continued use after it ends requires a new subscription: a 3-month or 1-year term at the then-current price. Your license includes one seat; additional seats are sold separately after launch.
2. Refunds and your right to withdraw
Before your access begins, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund: one email to hello@ppfengine.com, processed within 5 business days, no questions asked.
Once your access begins, the EU right of withdrawal for digital content applies: you have 14 days to withdraw, a right you waive only when you actively begin using (download/activate) the software, with your explicit consent and acknowledgment collected at that time, not today.
3. If delivery slips
If delivery is delayed past Q4 2026 by more than three months, we will proactively offer you the choice to keep waiting or take an immediate full refund.
4. Who we sell to
Licenses are sold to PPF installation businesses and independent installers. We do not knowingly sell to PPF film manufacturers, pattern-database or pattern-software vendors, or persons acting on their behalf, and we may decline or refund (in full) any order, and revoke access granted under it, that we reasonably believe breaches this clause.
5. What presale buyers get
- 12 months of full PPF Engine access, beginning at delivery.
- One seat.
- A presale license number, monthly build notes, and a voice in the roadmap.
- A price that does not auto-renew into a higher one.
We will not promise here anything the product does not deliver; where this section and our marketing ever differ, the narrower promise governs.
6. Price, tax, and processing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Creem is the merchant of record: it calculates, collects, and remits applicable transaction taxes and processes the payment. The merchant shown on your receipt or statement may therefore be Creem. We sell worldwide. Where your local consumer law grants non-waivable rights, those rights prevail over anything here.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. For EU consumers, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
