These terms cover use of this website. The purchase itself is governed by the Pre-order terms.

Accounts

There are no accounts on this site before launch. You buy with an email address; we send a receipt and, later, your license. Please keep that email safe: it’s how we reach you about delivery and refunds.

Intellectual property

PPF Engine, the name, and this site’s design and content are the property of Andify OÜ. Templates and files you create with PPF Engine are yours; nothing here claims any right over your scans, your patterns, or your work.

The software isn’t out yet

This site sells a pre-order for software in development. We describe it honestly from the working product, but specifics can change before release. Where a change would materially reduce what you paid for, the Pre-order terms refund rights apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is,” and our liability for the website is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
